Makoto Kimura / 木村 誠
President and CEO
When he was a student, he went on a pilgrimage to Shikoku in an attempt to attain enlightenment but returned home with more troubles than he had expected. As expected, he failed in his job search and became a freelancer. After wandering the shopping streets of Koenji, he decided to start his own business as a physical trainer, and at the age of 28, he founded RUNART Inc. Having suffered from lower limb problems as a runner himself, he launched the runner support brand "RUNART" and developed its e-commerce/storefront business. His foot-specialized clinic has received 1,927 patients from 44 prefectures and 7 countries. Later, with the goal of "zero people suffering from lower extremity pains," he launched the "Aashika Association," a cross-industry educational organization for medical professionals/healthcare professionals. He is also the Japanese Chief Brand Officer of Formthotics, a global medical insole brand. He is a father of two children and lives to "make excitement the norm through a leadership revolution. His motto is "Rising to the occasion is a matter of courtesy". He is the author of "Rules for Running Success". His hobby is picking up stuffed rabbits that his daughter drops.

Takuma Takahashi / 髙橋 拓真
Business Administration Manager
As a student, he devoted 10 years to athletics (long-distance) and worked for a major foreign sports manufacturer.
After various experiences in human resource development, sales, and event planning and management based on behavioral economics and psychology, he joined RUNART in 2018. He single-handedly supported the CEO from the time when there were only 2 employees and grew the company into a three-person team. He is in charge of all back-office operations such as general affairs and accounting, customer support, inside sales, and customer success. In addition, he has been responsible for a wide variety of tasks such as web analysis, advertisement, and video editing, creating the foundation of the current company. Currently, while being called "the conscience of RUNART" by the members, he is in charge of finance, general affairs, legal affairs, and labor affairs as the head of the corporate department, and makes daily efforts to ensure the "safety and security" of the company. His best half marathon time is 1 hour, 7 minutes, and 46 seconds, and he has won many marathon prizes. His dream for the future is "a peaceful life with my family" and his motto is "warm-heartedness and sincerity." -
Aki Kurihara / 栗原 有希
Marketing Manager
Based in Hokkaido and the eldest on the team. She never stops running and challenging herself with small steps. Worked for 16 years on sustainable craft and food education projects while raising children in New Zealand; returned to Japan in 2016 and joined an international resort as a senior marketing manager. She has invited a total of over 150 influencers from Asia, Europe, and the United States. In 2021, She was attracted by the copy of "A bridge between New Zealand and Japan Wanted" and joined RUNART as a remote worker. She was appointed as manager of the marketing department in a remote work environment, and was in charge of advertising, PR, overseas alliances, and internal DX, from strategic planning to management of the execution team. She specializes in project management involving domestic and international stakeholders. On the other hand, she is also in charge of marketing operations at a tourism regional development corporation (DMO) in a rural area. Early morning activity is the secret to her vitality. In summer, she goes jogging and then dives in the ocean, and in winter, she goes running on the snow and plays the piano to keep his body and mind in shape.

Joseph James / ジョセフ・ジェームス
Marketing - Overseas Department
He has New Zealand citizenship and is half Japanese. After graduating from high school, he started working as an interpreter and experienced many industries/businesses such as food and beverage, hotel, and lifeguards. He joined RUNART in 2021 out of a desire to do something challenging and something he had never done before. He is in charge of overseas business-related work centering on interpretation and translation, web marketing, and content creation. He is a bridge Japan and overseas in order to spread podiatry and realize "Podiatry for Japan". He is the self-proclaimed "Lethal Weapon" of RUNART. He is happy to work in an environment where he can constantly update his learning. His favorite tasks are translation and video editing. Curious, he is fond of saying, "I'll do anything". Her hobbies include watching movies and listening to music. He watches over 150 movies a year.

Kazue Nishi / 西 一恵
Customer Success Department
Her motto is to work with a "Cool head but warm heart". After graduating from university, she worked for 10 years as a flight attendant/customer support for a major airline company, where she honed her hospitality skills. After that, she worked as an English learning coach/new business start-up/career advisor at an educational venture company. She acquired a down-to-earth but fast-paced work style in a fast-growing company. While working independently as a career consultant/coach, she joined RUNART in January 2022, sharing its mission of "expanding the possibilities of people who are willing to take on challenges". As a member of the Customer Success Department, she is in charge of leading the SFA system implementation project within the company and is mainly in charge of the onboarding department. Her mission is to carefully solve problems so that client therapists can introduce the insoles in their hospitals and make their patients happy. During her school years, she was a center for the volleyball team. Hobbies include online gaming, traveling, and music. Interested in Metaverse.

Hiroyuki Hasebe / 長谷部 熙之
Sales Department
Graduated from the College of Health and Medical Sciences of the Japan University of Health and Sport Sciences in 2022, after obtaining his national certification as a judo therapist, he turned down several job offers as a therapist and joined RUNART as a new graduate. As a student, he realized that there was a limit to the number of people he could directly help as a healer, and decided to make a career choice that was unprecedented in the industry. While working as a therapist who digs deep into the value of each patient on weekends, he is passionate about contributing to tens of millions of people by spreading the value of good products to as many people as possible. He has been in charge of managing a community of several hundred therapists since he was an intern before joining the company and is now taking on the challenge of making a great contribution to therapists across the country. He loves fishing so much that he once wanted to become a fisherman. He also loves to travel and broaden his worldview by experiencing the people and culture of unfamiliar places. His motto is "I love fish more than Sakanation".

Kanon Anami / 阿南 香音
Customer Success Department
Born in Osaka. After graduating from the Department of International Economics, Faculty of Economics, Kinki University, she joined RUNART as a new graduate in 2022. With a desire to see an as yet unseen view of "Podiatry for Japan", she turned down a job offer from a listed company group with several hundred employees and decided to join the company. She has a personality that likes to take on new challenges. As a student, she worked as a long-term intern at Kadokawa Dwango Gakuen High School, which is known for its cutting-edge initiatives, and as a teaching assistant, she experienced the appeal of a job that connects people with people. Since her first month with the company, she has been working as an inside sales representative, connecting patients suffering from lower limb pain with therapists through Formthotics Medical. Her passion is Korean cosmetics. Her strength is her lightness of footwork and inquisitive mind, which allows her to fly to Korea for cosmetics that are not sold on the Internet.

Yuko Morimoto / 森本侑子
Customer Success Department
Born in a farming family in Hiroshima Prefecture. Her love of food led her to obtain a dietitian license in college.
After graduating, she started working in the nursing care industry and has been engaged for 5 years with a heart to be close to each and every resident of the facility.
In June 2022, she was introduced to RUNART by an existing member and joined the company with a desire to expand her unknown possibilities and to help others like herself who are challenged. In the customer success team, she supports therapists by demonstrating her ability to get close to people.
She loves to spend her spare time dancing and reading manga. Through dancing, she enjoys communicating with people, which opens up endless possibilities. Especially enjoys dancing by the riverside. Her favorite manga is HUNTER x HUNTER.
