    Exhibit at the 21st Medical Fitness Forum

This forum is organized by Japan Health and Sports Federation and the Japan Medical Fitness Society (JMFS), whose three major missions are to extend healthy life expectancy, reduce medical costs, and create employment opportunities.

    Formthotics Medical orthotics are developed based on the principles of podiatric science. As of June 2022, we have certified 1,111 medical specialists across 612 clinics, keeping us the largest medical insoles group in Japan. Our Formthotics Medical Certification Seminars are held every month.

    Closure of RUNART Foot Clinic -Komazawa Park-

    Our principle clinician has established his own independent clinic, and on August 21st, 2021, RUNART Foot Clinic -Komazawa Park- closed its doors. We would like to thank the 1928 patients who came to us from 44 Prefectures across Japan during the last 5 years and 2months. This clinic contributed towards our dream of 'Podiatry for all Japan' and our goal of 'zero people suffering from lower extremity pains'.

    ASHIKA Association and Formthotics Japan form a business partnership. RUNART CEO and ASHIKA Association representative director Makoto Kimura is inaugurated to the chief branding officer of Formthotics Japan. Through our bond with New Zealand, another island country, we extend our reach outside of Japan, and into the Asia-Pacific region.
